CT exchange (individual) plans

For individual plans purchased through Access Health CT (Connecticut exchange)

Pay online as a guest:

Make a one-time payment as a guest
Use this option to make a payment on your account without registering. This is a good option if someone else is paying or you do not have time now to register. You will not, however, be able to see your payment history or manage your premium payments with this option.

*NOTE: To make a payment, you will need your 11-digit Member ID number from your invoice.

By phone:

Call 1-800-333-1733, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to use our automated payment system.

In person:

At any People’s United Bank, including those in Stop & Shop stores, with check or cash. Make sure you bring your bill with you.

Or come to a ConnectiCare center and we’ll help you complete your payment online, by phone or mail. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or with your bank account information.

By mail:

Medicare Advantage


For Medicare plans

Once you become a ConnectiCare member, you’ll have many convenient ways to pay your monthly premium.

Social Security deduction:

You can pay your premium through automatic deduction from your monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check. You can choose this option when you enroll. Or, call us at 1-800-224-2273(TTY 711) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, and we can help set it up. You can also mail or fax a letter asking to be set up for “SSA withhold.” Include your member ID number, the date and your signature, and send it to:

Online:

Pay online or manage your payments
You can use this link to view invoices, pay a bill or set up automatic payments. You will be asked to set up an account for our member website the first time you use our online payment service.

Make a one-time payment as a guest
Use this option to make a payment without registering. This is a good option if someone other than you is making the payment, or if you do not have time now to register.

Walk into a People's United Bank branch:

Take your bill with a check or cash to any People’s United Bank branch, including branches inside Stop & Shop stores, during regular business hours.

By phone:

Call 1-800-224-2273. (TTY 711) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

By mail:

Member premium payments go to a bank lockbox. You must include an invoice stub with the scan line for ConnectiCare to process your payment.

Walk into one of our ConnectiCare centers:

You can pay your monthly premium at a ConnectiCare center and our associates will help you complete your payment online, by phone or mail. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, a check made out to ConnectiCare or with your bank account information. Visit chooseconnecticare.com for hours and locations.
